Ireland and the UK

This voyage by Jeni was a custom tour of Ireland and the UK for the Riddell family and friends.  It was the perfect combination of guided experiences and free time to make a trip memorable yet relaxing.  With only 9 participants, the group traveled at a relaxed pace with minimal hotel changes.  This voyage started on the west coast of Ireland with the breath-taking 700-foot-high Cliffs of Moher and the Dingle Peninsula, followed by the vibrant cities of Dublin and Belfast, including the Causeway Coast.   The group then flew from Belfast to London to experience one of the most spectacular cities in the world.  The group enjoyed the English countryside by rail from London to Scotland’s capital city, Edinburgh.  Staying at the foot of Edinburgh Castle, time was spent touring Edinburgh and the surrounding areas, culminating in a visit to the family’s ancestral home, the Riddell Estate in Lilliesleaf, Scotland, personally led by the estate’s current owner.
